📧 Emails
One place for every email the library sends. ① Pick what to send. ② Preview shows it in a pop-up. ③ Send sends it to the people ticked below (everyone, by default). The weekly digest also sends itself every Sunday at 10am, with a draft for approval every Saturday. The Sending mailbox below must be saved before anything can send.

📖 Family Books shelf
Choose who gets a book on the family bookshelf. Unticked people keep their tree card — they just don't get a book. (Same controls as the ⚙️ Manage books button on the bookshelf itself.)
👨👩👧 Bring family in
One account per person — they sign in at gurbanovboys.com with their email and the password you set. Link their tree card and/or their Family Book to unlock editing for them. Everyone is a contributor unless you make them an admin.
🎮 Quiz questions
Custom questions for the Family Quiz game — the kind only family would know ("Who worked at the airport?", "Who spoke French?"). The quiz also auto-generates questions from the tree itself.

Ask the family story questions. Everyone answers in their own words from the reader — turn the best answers into book pages with one tap.
⏳ Time capsules
Sealed messages on the future shelves. Delete one here if it was a mistake — opened capsules stay visible as keepsakes.
📥 Photo inbox
Upload a batch of photos from your drives, phones, or glasses. Each one is auto-shrunk to a web-friendly size (never the giant original) so the server disk stays safe. Then assign each photo to a book — it lands as a new page at the end, ready for you to arrange.

🔍 Mystery inbox
Photos you flagged for the Mystery Album. Family guesses their month and year (or a heritage book) in the game; approve their answers here in bulk, or remove a photo from the game. Solving a photo files it into a book and takes it out of both inboxes.
🔗 Photo drop links
Shareable upload links for people without an account — family at a gathering, friends with good photos. Everything they send shrinks on their phone first (same as the inbox), then lands in your 📥 Photo inbox for sorting. Revoke a link any time.
🔑 Change your password
💾 Server backups
The library is backed up automatically every night — no button to press. Each night's backup holds the whole library (books, photos, everything), and the newest 7 nights are kept.

To restore: restores run on the server — ask Kai. A restore rolls the whole library back to that night's backup, so anything added after that night is lost. It is a break-glass move, not an undo for one photo.
🗑️ Trash Can
Deleted books, pages, photos and more land here first. Restore anything with one click. Emptying the trash permanently deletes everything — it needs a second admin's approval before it runs.
🕐 Pending Approvals
Dangerous actions (emptying the trash, restoring a yearly snapshot) only run after a different admin approves. You cannot approve your own request.
👑 Admins
There must always be at least 2 admins — demoting or removing an admin is blocked if it would leave fewer than two.
